Hi Dan, Alison, Sonia and Gus!
It's Shanna Banana, sending you hugs, smiles and all the heartfelt encouragement I can. Alison, even though this change of plans must be a grief of sorts for you, I hope you take heart. This has been a lifetime journey for the four of you, and it remains so even now. The memories you've made and the ways you have grown closer to one another are real and lasting. They are treasures that you have helped to create and you will carry them with you from now on.
Everything is fine here. I've been busy with vacation and then housesitting, so only last night went to meet Ann and Ron. We visited for four hours, the last two spent on our backs in the front yard watching for shooting stars. I hope you saw some of them in your sky, too. See ya'soon! Love, Shanna :)
